The Goddess of Eco-tech, her credo is:
“Nothing is created nor destroyed but everything is transformed” from Antoine Lavoisier and the source of my inspiration.

Ludo's Story
ByLUDO is a brand that recycles technological waste, founded by
Ludovica Cirillo in Rome in 2008.
The idea was born from observing a drawer filled with earphones, electrical cables, and computer keyboards that had become obsolete. These objects, once useful and later abandoned, are transformed into artistic and ornamental elements.

At just sixteen years old, Ludovica was selected among 200 Italian
talents to participate in the first edition of TNT Talent New Talent, organized by the Italian Ministry of Youth.
She later held her first solo exhibition, 'Eco-joux', at Margutta RistorArte in Rome, which led to further exhibition opportunities in Rome, Frankfurt, and Tokyo.

Ludovica explored methods to recycle and reinvent keyboard compo-
nents and other electronic waste. Her inspiration for ByLUDO’s artistic pieces stems from the analysis of material properties and their creative reinterpretation, transforming them into artistic and sustainable jewelry.
After moving to Tokyo to work as an architect at Kengo Kuma and
Associates, she immersed herself in Japanese culture and its ancient
craft traditions. In 2021, she presented her new collection at the
exhibition 'Umarekawaru: Born After Waste', combining recycled tech-
nological elements, a signature of her brand, with Japanese artisanal
techniques.

Following 11 years of training and professional experience in England
and Japan, Ludovica returned to Rome in 2023 to continue her research, now enriched with a more international perspective. That same year, she inaugurated the exhibition 'Precious Waste: a Transformation Journey' at the Jinny Street Gallery in Tokyo, the city’s first street gallery.

In February 2024, the exhibition was re-presented at Anthea Studio in
Rome, featuring artistic jewelry, photography, and recycled materials,
offering visitors a journey through the transformation of abandoned
objects into works of art.

In October 2024, ByLUDO participated in the prestigious Artistar Jewels event during Milan Jewellery Week, with her works exhibited at Palazzo Bovara in Milan.

On January 17, 2025, ByLUDO received the prestigious 'Energie per Roma' award at Spazio Europa, granted by the European Center for Cultural Studies, recognizing its vision, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills that contributed to Rome’s economic and social development.

ByLUDO Ecotech was selected as a finalist in the fashion category
among 1,500 participants from 45 countries for the 12th edition of the Green Product Awards, an award celebrating innovation, design, and sustainability.
